By signing up you agree to swap out your EMPTY CLEAN container for your REFILL of fresh hydrogen water. Payment is due on the 1st of the month via Venmo or Paypal for each month. Cancel anytime prior to your payment on the first.  I will be in touch after you fill out the form!
